Family Meals at Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar

Change is the only constant, even when you aren’t expecting it. For us and all restaurants, change was instantaneous when Governor Inslee issued Washington State’s Stay at Home Order last month. We were suddenly restricted to serving meals to go and had to quickly reimagine all our offerings in order to stay in business. Out of that need to adapt, the Seastar Family Meals program was born.

We are living through an unprecedented time, and we understand everyone is enduring worry and stress. The goal of our Family Meals is to create a delicious and affordable dinner option prepared with the same high Seastar standards we are known for and, most importantly, to bring joy and delight to your family’s dinner table.

Each Wednesday and Saturday, we offer a new, full 3-course dinner for four people. The meals are fully prepared and ready for reheating with full instructions. Now, more than ever, we realize that value is of paramount importance for our guests so with that in mind the meals are priced at $60 ($15 per person). In addition, we pair every meal with an optional (but recommend!) bottle of wine priced at under $25 to round out your meal.

Since the Family Meals program launched in late March, they have become very popular and often sell out. We prepare 300 four course meals for each day and are thrilled with the response. Thanks to the patronage of our loyal guests, these meals have allowed us to bring staff back to work in our kitchens and in the front of house to serve you. Nothing makes us feel better than providing delicious food for our community, and we are proud to continue to serve you.

Dessert: Deep Dish Key Lime Pie with Vanilla Crème – V/NF
