John Howie Steak – Curbside Butcher is open for business!

No, you are not seeing double. Yesterday I announced the opening of Curbside Butcher at Beardslee Public House, my restaurant and brewery in Bothell. The program was received with great excitement and sold out quickly.

With so much demand and support, I am pleased to announce JHS Curbside Butcher. I am helping my suppliers by purchasing their product, and helping our loyal guests by providing you these packages and an incredible value! All details below:

The John Howie Steak Curbside Butcher Shop Information

Starting on Saturday March 28th, 2020 John Howie Steak will be offering five awesome John Howie Steak Butcher’s Box options included in the box is enough food products to provide the base meats of up to seven meals for (4) family members or more.

Along with the Butcher Box ingredients you will be provided with simple instructions on how to use the products in your box. Including a simple steak cooking procedure, a Bolognese sauce for pasta, using the Italian Sausage and ground beef. We think you can probably figure out what to do with the breakfast sausage and the bratwurst. Take a look at the options below…decide which option works best for you.

Ordering Options
Orders can be placed by phone from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM Tuesday – Saturday. After hours orders can be left on voicemail, or sent into Chef Mark Hipkiss by email. Orders are available for pickup during our regular Curbside Pick Up hours, we are closed on Monday.

Phone orders (425-440-0880) placed by 2:00 PM will be available by 5:00 PM the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be available at 12:00 PM the following day, or when we open for Curbside Pick up.

Any voicemail order should only be placed outside of our regular phone operating hours. Any orders placed on voicemail will be followed up with a phone call, so actual pick up time can be determined and payment can be processed.

When you arrive to pick up your order call 425.440.0880 let them know you’ve arrived and we will bring it to your car. Or if you want your welcome to come into the lobby outside the restaurant main doors and we can bring it to you there. Please remember to keep us all safe and practice safe social distancing during busy times. But there is really no need to get out or come inside. For a minimum $5 donation per bottle to Big Table, we invite you to purchase any bottle from our wine list at a highly discounted price, some offerings are offered at the price we paid for them, prices on the list do not include tax, so add 10.1%.
